ASSEMBLY PRO TIPS

Official assembly guide included with your copy of Dice & Adventures.

CARDSTOCK

The DM Screen, Box and Universe files are meant to be printed on one side only, for ease of use. If you want a more professional look, try printing them on dual colour cardstock or sticker paper on coloured cardstock: white on the printing side and black on the other! We recommend 300gsm for sturdiness, but 250 works fine too.

VARNISH

Playing rpg's usually involves an assortment of refreshments and snacks. Protect your DM Screen, Box and Universes from your friends' greasy finguers by spraying two or three of coats of clear varnish from the hardware store. Spray lightly and let dry betwen coats to ensure the ink doesn't get ruined in the process.

TOKENS

You will need a bunch of tokens with a base of about 16x16mm, that's exactly the size of each space on the Square Grids. This size is versatile and compact. Use flat tokens, pawns, meeples, small coins or even 15mm scale minis. For portability and flexibility, coloured tokens and imagination are best. Larger creature? Larger token.

A6 NOTEBOOK

DM, having a small notebook to write down stuff related to your adventures is very useful. Make one by folding in half several A5's and staple or hold them together with a rubber band in the middle. Use colourful cardstock for the cover. It will fit inside the box, on top of the pamphlets!
